Under UK GDPR you have strong rights over your personal data. Here's how to exercise them.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have a number of rights over the personal data that Cavendish Knight holds about you. These rights apply to all registered users and visitors. We are committed to responding to all data rights requests within the statutory timeframe of one calendar month.
Most requests can be handled directly from your account dashboard under the GDPR & Privacy tab. If you are not a registered user or need to make a request about a third party's data, please contact our Data Protection team directly using the details below.

Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further two months β but we will always notify you within the first 30 days if this is the case.
We will ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling any request, to protect your data from unauthorised access. This usually involves confirming the email address registered to your account, or providing a copy of a form of government-issued ID.
There is no charge for making a data rights request. We only charge a reasonable administrative fee if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive β for example, if you make the same request repeatedly.
